The time of placing an order should not exceed 20 minutes.

You can add up to 10 tickets to one order.

We kindly remind you that the ticket is valid only upon presentation of the sales receipt.

Tickets to many festival events can be purchased with a Pushkin card.

DISCOUNTS

When buying tickets at the ticket office, students and seniors are given a 20% discount.

The discount is issued upon showing of the supporting document and does not apply to tickets in the first two, most expensive, price categories.

TICKET REFUND POLICY

You can get full ticket refund if you apply for it no later than 3 days before the event. If the ticket was purchased online, then in order to issue a refund, you should click on the "Return"/"Return order" button in the letter with the ticket sent to your email previously. The processing of the refund takes up to 5 business days. The bank then returns the funds.

Tickets purchased at the festival ticket office are shall be returned at the point of purchase.
