On June 11th, the Platonov Arts Festival will host one of the most anticipated events of the forum - "World Music in the White Well". Artists from South Africa, Georgia, Turkey and Russia will take part in the concert.
On June 23rd-25th, as part of the XII International Platonov Arts Festival, the open-air event "On the sand" will be held for the first time on the embankment of the Petrovskaya naberezhnaya. Musicians from Moscow, Cherkessk, St. Petersburg, Makhachkala and Kazan will perform in Voronezh.
On April 7th and 8th, the Voronezh Opera and Ballet Theatre hosted showings of Boris Eifman's ballet "Anna Karenina". Tour of the St. Petersburg Eifman Ballet was organised by the Directorate of the International Platonov Arts Festival.
The XII International Platonov Arts Festival will last longer and will be held in 2023 from June 2nd to July 2nd and after a two-month break will continue in September-October.
An additional showing of Boris Eifman's ballet "Anna Karenina" to the music of Pyotr Tchaikovsky based on the novel by Leo Tolstoy will take place on April 8th. The performance starts at 2 p.m.

The concert of the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia conducted by Vladimir Spivakov was successfully held in Voronezh. The event was organised by the Directorate of the International Platonov Arts Festival with the support of the Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives.
The Directorate of the International Platonov Arts Festival presents one of the major musical events of this autumn – the performance of the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia conducted by Vladimir Spivakov. Dear friends, we have to inform you that for reasons beyond our control, the XII International Platonov Arts festival will not take place this year. This decision was made by the festival founders. Holding such a large-scale event in the current conditions does not appear possible. However, in the autumn, the directorate of the Platonov Arts festival will still present a special event.
On May 28th, the premiere of the performance "How Peter the Great ..." was held by the VAS theatre – the Voronezh street theatre created at the initiative of the Platonov Arts Festival.
Voronezh audience will see the performance of the VAS theatre this weekend.
