June 16th - the fifteenth day of the festival

On the fifteenth day of the festival, the concert of the State Trio of the Republic of Kazakhstan FORTE TRIO was held at the Philharmonic Hall.

The musicians performed the music of classical composers from France, Finland and Germany, as well as the work of a modern author from Kazakhstan. "It is a great honour for us to perform at the Platonov Arts Festival," said Timur Urmancheev, Artistic Director of the FORTE TRIO. – "We are in Voronezh for the first time, on this gracious beautiful land. And the programme that we brought reflects our inspiration and vivid impressions from the nature of the Chernozem region and Voronezh itself. It included music that emphasises the wonderful sunny mood, the mood of youth and love. The programme includes French, Finnish, German compositions - Debussy, Sibelius, Brahms. Also our native, Kazakh, music - the poem "Koroghlu". This is the work of a young pianist and composer Arman Zhaiym, who adapted the melodies of folk instruments (primarily dombra) to the instruments of our trio: piano, violin and cello."

Before the concert, an open rehearsal of the FORTE TRIO with free admission was held.

The exhibitions "Robert Falk. Painting and Graphic arts" and "Alexander Rodchenko" in the Voronezh Regional Art Museum named after I.N. Kramskoy and the project of Evgeny Kravtsov "Corrosion" in the exhibition hall of the Union of Artists on 8, Kirova street continue welcoming the visitors.
