«The Festival Directorate of Voronezh Region» retains its status as an autonomous cultural institution but expands its functional scope. The organization will now oversee not only the International Platonov Arts Festival and the Children’s Theater Festival MARSHAK but also the development of major regional cultural projects. We emphasize that the International Platonov Arts Festival and the MARSHAK Children’s Theater Festival retain their original names, while Yuri Zaitsev remains the directorate’s head.
