"The buzz is when you finish a great job ... it’s not serving society or the truth, but serving the book that you have been writing for many years. There’s a Bosch picture where the authors are sticking out of their books, and the books are gradually, munching, swallowing them. But at some point you break it. And every next page is a liberation, you break out, you breaks through the bottom and go out. This, of course, is pure happiness and it can be compared to nothing."
