The performance in the genre of noir-drama tells the story of Zoya Peltz, who dreams of leaving for Paris with her lover, the former nobleman Obolyaninov. They open a brothel under the guise of an elite studio, where the clever adventurer Ametistov becomes the administrator. But in the rooms of the cheerful apartment, a sad ending is already brewing. Bulgakov's play, written during the New Economic Policy, tells us about people faced with the changes of the eras, and shows their difficult choice between dreams and reality.
"...Nevertheless, the play contains a large amount of love, which we tried to show and increase in the process of creating the performance, because it is love that pushes the characters to commit certain actions." Evgeny Pisarev
