Flower on Earth is an original stage production that transcends genres. It is a mystery of forms, a fragment of myth, a living philosophical parable. Through the labor of the heart and work of the soul, Afonya travels from questioning to understanding. The staging seeks to convey the tension and poetry of Platonov’s speech, taken beyond verbal thinking — speech where the absurdity of reality is revealed even in its verbal descriptions.
