1830. In Boldino, in solitude, Alexander Pushkin wrote his first completed prose work, the famous Belkin Tales. The great Russian poet always paid attention to the signs of fate, the poet seems to be summing up his thoughts about the past and the future aspirations. The heroes of his stories love, suffer, play roles, wander in a snowstorm, fight duels, chase a kidnapped daughter, seek happiness, but in the end everything in their lives is changed by Chance.

Anatoly Shuliev, director: «Even when the darkest time of the year arrives, the darkest time of life comes, you just need to wait a little for the morning, for spring — and life will begin anew after death. This idea is embedded in our production; we want to share it, to support anyone who comes in distress and, hopefully, leaves charged with love and hope.»
